Simultaneously anarchic and deadpan, Zach Galifianakis’s hilarious Funny or Die web series Between Two Ferns has resumed with a two-part special. The “Oscar Buzz” edition features Jessica Chastain, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, Emmanuel Lewis (yes, that Emmanuel Lewis) and Jennifer Lawrence, who sit down to talk with Galifianakis between two Nephrolepis exaltata cv. Bostoniensis.

Eight-bit fonts, jokes about pudding, taped-on mics and of course the houseplants add to the show’s low-budget halo. Since we can’t do it justice, here’s Part Two. But be warned, pteridophiles: during the course of this video, someone will get a potted fern to the face.
